                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF 17TH STREET MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SATURDAY, JULY 28, 1990
                   FOR THE PURPOSE OF A FAMILY FUN DAY CARNIVAL
                   UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF SEABOARD FARMS OF
                   CHATTANOOGA.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of 17th Street from Chestnut Street east to the 

       railroad tracks on Saturday, July 28, 1990 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 

       p.m. for the purpose of conducting a Family Fun Day Carnival 
under
       the sponsorship of Seaboard Farms of Chattanooga provided that 
the
       sponsors shall set out and pick up all flasher barricades, 
traffic
       cones, and traffic signs in accordance with the traffic control
       plan attached hereto and shall provide at all times, an access
       lane for fire and other emergency vehicles.
